Salvador da Cunha, CEO of Lift Consulting, is one of the mentors for the 3rd edition of the IPREX Academy, a leadership program for emerging public relations, communications, and marketing professionals. This program is sponsored by IPREX, a global network of communications and public relations agencies, which Lift Consulting joined in March 2024, with the goal of opening doors to new business in strategic markets.

Starting in March 2025 and lasting until the end of the year, the program allows participants to interact with leading professionals in the sector through learning modules covering areas such as crisis management, media relations and communication strategies, as well as specialized mentoring.

Designed for leaders who want to thrive in a rapidly changing industry, "the program offers a unique opportunity for professional development, and we are proud that participants from previous editions have assumed senior leadership roles in their agencies," highlights Ann-Marie O'Sullivan, global president of IPREX and CEO of AM O'Sullivan PR, quoted in a press release.

Caroline Heywood from Walsh (Ireland), Karsten Hoppe from TDUB (Germany), Elzaan Rohde from Semaphore Communications (South Africa), Johan Wetterqvist from Spotlight PR (Sweden), Ella Broadbent, Lucy Giles and Will Holroyd from MC2 (UK) and Frank Buscemi, CEO and Creative Director of MBE Group (USA), are some of the other guest mentors.

IPREX received applications from Europe, the United States, and Asia. Upon completing the program, participants receive IPREX Academy accreditation, an important milestone for professional development in the communications field. "The Academy's success is a direct result of the mentors and instructors who contribute their time and expertise. We are grateful to have such a strong group of industry leaders involved in shaping the future of communications," adds Ann-Marie O'Sullivan.
