Creating an Under-resourced Talent Pipeline for PR Agencies: Introducing the IPREX Student Cohort

At IPREX, an inclusive public relations industry leads to richer ideas and greater success. That’s why we are proud to launch the inaugural IPREX Student Cohort at Florida A&M University (FAMU), a historically Black College and University (HBCU). This new initiative is a pivotal step toward developing an under-resourced talent pipeline in the public relations industry and opening doors for aspiring professionals.

Our Commitment to Diversity

The IPREX Student Cohort is designed to connect our member agencies with talented PR scholars. By fostering relationships between students and established professionals, we have created a pathway into the industry that emphasizes inclusivity and opportunity. A Pathway for Students

For students, the IPREX Student Cohort represents a meaningful entry point into the public relations industry. Through mentorship, hands-on experience, and networking opportunities, participants will build the skills and connections necessary to thrive in their careers.
