Mirjana Ivanović – Founder & CEO, PR Consultancy Hub

Q:  How would you describe your agency?

Mirjana Ivanović (Founder and CEO of PR Consultancy Hub):

PR Consultancy Hub is a Montenegro-based strategic communications and public relations agency specialized in reputation management, media relations, crisis communication, digital communication and EU visibility, supporting government institutions, international organizations, EU-funded projects and private sector clients across governance, sustainability, social impact and corporate communications sectors.

Q: What challenges do you help clients solve?

Mirjana Ivanović: We help clients strengthen their reputation, communicate complex and sensitive topics clearly, manage crisis and public perception challenges, increase visibility and stakeholder engagement, and build credible communication strategies that support institutional trust, public awareness and business growth.

Q: What makes your team or culture distinctive?

Mirjana Ivanović: What sets PR Consultancy Hub apart is the combination of high-level institutional experience and agile, hands-on execution. Our team brings expertise from government communications, international organizations, media and the private sector, allowing us to navigate complex communication environments with strategic thinking, creativity and precision. We are particularly recognized for our strong media understanding, crisis communication expertise, personalized approach to clients and ability to turn complex issues into clear, engaging and impactful public narratives.

Q: Why are you excited to join IPREX?

Mirjana Ivanović: We are excited to join IPREX because it brings together independent agencies that share a commitment to strategic thinking, high professional standards and meaningful client relationships. As a growing agency with strong expertise in public affairs, EU communications and reputation management in the Western Balkans, we see IPREX as an opportunity to exchange knowledge, collaborate on international projects and contribute regional insight, agility and hands-on experience to a global network of communications professionals.

Q: How would you like to work with other IPREX partners?

Mirjana Ivanović: We would like to collaborate with other IPREX partners through cross-border communication support, joint work on international and EU-funded projects, exchange of specialist expertise and best practices, as well as through training, events and knowledge-sharing initiatives. As Montenegro advances towards its goal of joining the European Union by 2028, we believe PR Consultancy Hub can serve as a valuable local partner for agencies and clients seeking insight, strategic support and reliable communications expertise in one of the fastest-evolving markets in the Western Balkans.

Q: Please share one client example, campaign, or case study.

Mirjana Ivanović: One of our notable projects was communication support for MontEDIH (Montenegro European Digital Innovation Hub), an EU-supported initiative focused on accelerating the digital and green transformation of public institutions and businesses in Montenegro. The challenge was to position MontEDIH as a trusted and accessible partner for digital innovation in a market where awareness of digital transformation opportunities and EU-supported innovation services was still developing.

Our approach combined strategic communication planning, media relations, event visibility, stakeholder engagement and digital communication activities aimed at simplifying complex innovation and digitalization topics for different target audiences. We supported the promotion of MontEDIH services, organized and promoted events and public presentations, developed communication materials and strengthened visibility through media outreach and social media communication.

As a result, the project achieved strong visibility among public institutions, businesses and relevant stakeholders, contributing to greater awareness of digital innovation opportunities and positioning MontEDIH as an important actor in Montenegro’s digital transformation ecosystem.

Q: What are you excited about in the next 1-2 years?

Mirjana Ivanović: In the next 1–2 years, we are excited to further expand PR Consultancy Hub’s role as a strategic communications partner for international organizations, EU-funded projects and private sector clients in Montenegro and the Western Balkans. With Montenegro moving closer to EU membership by 2028, we see significant opportunities in EU communication, public affairs, sustainability and reputation management, particularly for organizations navigating a rapidly evolving political, economic and regulatory environment. We also aim to strengthen international partnerships, expand our regional presence and further develop specialized services in crisis communication, digital campaigns and strategic stakeholder engagement.
