IPREX ANNOUNCES GLOBAL BOARD LEADERSHIP CHANGES FOLLOWING 2026 GLOBAL CONFERENCE

Heidi Otway becomes Global President as network welcomes
new regional leadership in Asia Pacific and the Americas

Tallahassee, Florida (1 June 2026) — IPREX, the top global network of independent communications and marketing agencies, has announced a series of leadership changes to its Global Board at the network’s Annual Global Conference in Singapore in May 2026, effective today.

Heidi Otway of SalterMitchell PR in Florida commences her term as IPREX Global President, succeeding Ann‑Marie O’Sullivan of O’Sullivan PR in Cork, Ireland, who now becomes Immediate Past President.

"IPREX works because the people in it genuinely invest in one another. Our agency partners don’t compete in IPREX. We complement and foster collaboration, growth, and support across our global network. Ann-Marie has modeled that so well, and as a result, she leaves us stronger, more connected, and with a clear sense of what's possible,” Otway said. “My goal as Global President is to build on that foundation by having partners and their staff actively engaged through our conferences, virtual events, and committees, and actively working with partners on new opportunities. With some effort, this network provides what agencies need to grow and advance, no matter where they are in the world.”

IPREX thanks Heidi Otway for her service as Americas Regional President and welcomes David Rudd of Rudd Resources in Chicago, USA, in that role, having previously served as Chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. Rudd Resources was also awarded the IPREX Grail, the network's highest honour, recognising a partner agency that goes above and beyond to strengthen the global, member-led community through genuine collaboration, shared opportunities, and authentic leadership.

IPREX also welcomes Nicole Reaney of InsideOut PR in Sydney, Australia, as the new Asia Pacific President. IPREX thanks Anu Gupta of APRW in Singapore for her leadership as Asia Pacific President.

Collectively, these appointments reflect IPREX’s continued emphasis on strong global governance, balanced regional leadership and the development of a network that is both internationally connected and locally expert.
