Our unparalleled global leadership program, the IPREX Academy, is designed to grow and develop IPREX agencies’ next-generation leaders, while providing partners with a highly appealing point of difference when competing for talent. Our nine-month, virtual program for emerging leaders gives participants access to a world-class, one-of-a-kind educational opportunity. IPREX has structured the Academy to play to our strengths. The Academy provides distinct courses that delve into subjects beyond marketing and communications, providing holistic business management skills. Course content includes deep-dive sessions, combined with short modules, designed to accelerate career growth into leadership roles.
