Eric Anderson co-founded SE2 with a vision to advance meaningful social change through communications. With a background in journalism, Eric built his career on facts, credible storytelling, and narrative integrity — values that continue to shape his leadership today. For nearly three decades, he has guided SE2’s strategy, culture, and reputation as a trusted partner to public agencies and community organisations.
Eric brings extensive experience in public affairs and strategic communications, leading initiatives across public health, education, workforce, behavioural health, and civic engagement. He has helped clients navigate complex policy environments, align stakeholders, and build public trust through clear, transparent communication. His leadership continues to reinforce SE2’s commitment to accountability, community impact, and purpose-driven partnerships.
Alvina Vasquez

Alvina Vasquez is a public affairs and community engagement leader with more than 20 years of experience advancing initiatives that strengthen Colorado communities. As Principal at SE2, she leads engagement strategies focused on building campaigns with communities, not simply for them. Her expertise spans public relations, coalition building, political strategy, and Spanish-language media.
Alvina previously served as Political Director for Jared Polis’s successful 2018 campaign and has held senior leadership roles across advocacy organisations and public affairs firms. Recognised in the Denver Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, she also serves on Colorado’s Supreme Court Nominating Commission. Alvina holds a Communications degree from Regis University and a certificate in Intercultural and Diversity Studies from Cornell University.
