Caroline has over 30 years’ experience in audience insight, strategy development, strategic counseling including issue and crisis management, internal communications, media relations and consumer marketing for clients with a special interest in the healthcare and NGO sectors.
Caroline is a Fellow of the Public Relations Institute of Ireland and former board member and honorary treasurer of the Public Relations Consultants Association. She’s also a member of the Institute of Directors in Ireland. Caroline has held positions on the IPREX Global Board, Executive, Best Practice and Marketing Committees and is a founding member of the platform’s Healthcare Practice Group.
As one of the most trusted people in Irish public relations, Jim has vast experience of media relations, crisis communication, issues management, corporate communications, public affairs and media training.
He is a lecturer on PR and a published author on Crisis Communications. He is a former head of IPREX, the Public Relations Consultants Association Ireland and the Public Relations Institute of Ireland, where he is a life-time Fellow.
