Over 25 years experience as a communications specialist and journalist covering IT, finance and economics. Cape Chamber of Commerce COO for four years. Masters degree in ICT Policy and Regulation drilling down into the complex issues facing development in Africa. Her final dissertation, focussing on mobile money in Africa, was awarded a distinction. For Semaphore, she handles strategy, writing and crisis communications.
