With more than 25 years of firing-line experience, Jody has worked with a notable roster of Fortune 500 organizations. She has unique expertise in managing crisis communications, including American Airlines’ crisis response following the September 11 attacks and an award-winning crisis communications campaign for Carnival Corporation.
