Paul Oakley is an invaluable advisor for organizations seeking to engage key stakeholders who matter most. For nearly 25 years, he managed PR, public affairs, sustainability, corporate and marketing communications programs for a range of domestic, international and global brands. 

Paul honed his skills working with nonprofits, start-ups, mid-cap companies and Fortune 50 leaders primarily in the plastics, chemicals, materials and automotive segments. He is passionate about alternative and renewable technologies and applications.

Paul earned his reputation delivering award-winning results and building high-performance agency and in-house communications teams worldwide. Paul started his career in the agency world at Gibbs & Soell public relations and Ketchum’s Corporate Technology Communications. He then spent two decades with The Dow Chemical Company and Bridgestone Americas. He has lived and worked across the United States, Europe and South America, and has worked extensively in Asia. 

Paul is a member of the Public Relations Society of America PRSA) and its Counselors Academy, the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), the Tennessee Chamber, the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, and the Hemp Alliance of Tennessee. He also serves on the advisory board of Nashville’s Friends of Warner Parks and time permitting its marketing committee. He is a for member of EO and a 2018 graduate of Nashville’s Leadership Music and is a past co-chair for the steering committee of Music Makes Us, a Metro Nashville Public Schools music education partnership. He earned a bachelor’s degree in PR from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff and lives with his wife and their two sons in Nashville. When not strengthening business reputations, Paul can be found at any concert, playing congas, spinning records on vintage HIFI gear, gardening, cooking or perfecting a new fermentation.

Eric Tieles is an integrated communications leader with nearly two decades of experience helping organizations navigate complex communications challenges and turn business priorities into strategies that strengthen reputation, engage audiences and drive results. A strategic counselor and longtime client service leader, Eric works closely with organizations to understand their business, anticipate communications needs and build integrated programs that support both immediate priorities and long-term goals.

Eric’s experience spans corporate and brand communications, media relations, executive positioning and thought leadership, internal communications, digital and social strategy, content and events. At Tiny Mighty Communications, he provides strategic counsel across the agency’s client portfolio, with particular experience working with industrial and manufacturing companies and organizations in complex, highly specialized markets. He brings a broad view of communications to client challenges, helping connect individual initiatives to larger business, brand and reputation objectives.

Before joining Tiny Mighty, Eric spent 17 years at MP&F Strategic Communications, one of the Southeast’s largest independent communications firms. There, he led several of the firm’s largest and most integrated client relationships, overseeing national and regional programs across federal government and workforce development, higher education, senior living and other sectors. He also held leadership responsibilities across the firm, contributing to business development, team leadership and agency growth.

Eric is a longtime member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and American Marketing Association (AMA) Nashville, and an alumnus of Leadership Tennessee NEXT. He earned degrees in journalism and marketing from Auburn University.
