Johan is co-founder, director and chairman of the board.He has 25 years experience in marketing, PR and communications, mostly from the agency side. Prior to starting Spotlight in 2005, he led the expansion of Text 100 in the Nordic region.
Axel Lagerbielke, Managing Director

Axel is co-founder of Spotlight. He has 20 years’ PR experience, having worked both for local and global agencies. Axel started Bite Communications in Sweden and was Managing Director there until he started Spotlight in 2005.
